Our Refund Policy:

Receipt of your deposit or payment means we guarantee to hold that accommodation for you and you agree to stay with us for the period of time booked.

You may receive a refund only if:

  • There are significant faults or
  • There is a family emergency.
We do not refund if:
  • You simply change your mind,
  • Your circumstances change,
  • You choose the wrong accommodation or
  • The weather hinders your activities.
A 50% refund will be given if one months notice is given of cancellation. If less than one months notice is given, a 50% refund will only be given if the accommodation is re-booked for the entire corresponding period.
